The RVVY oil-resistant cable is a multi-core flexible cable featuring a modified PVC sheath and holding multiple certifications, including CCC, UL, and CE. Its conductors consist of finely stranded oxygen-free copper wires compliant with the VDE0295 Class 5 standard. Combined with specially formulated PVC insulation and an oil-resistant PVC sheath, the cable offers waterproof, oil-resistant, cold-resistant, and flame-retardant properties. It has a rated voltage of 300/500V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C for fixed installations, or -5°C to +70°C for mobile applications; its oil resistance meets ASTM and GB/T2951.5 standards. Suitable for dry or damp indoor environments, it is designed for occasional flexing and movement in industrial settings-such as machine tools and woodworking equipment-but is not intended for use in drag chains. Specifications range from 0.3 mm² to 0.75 mm² with 2 to 36 cores; versions with more than 5 cores can include a yellow-green grounding wire. Sheath color options include black and gray, meeting the wiring requirements of diverse industrial equipment.
