CEFR/SA 5x120+2x1.5 is a 0.6/1kV marine composite-shielded flexible cable featuring five 120mm² power cores and two 1.5mm² internal control cores. It utilizes Class 5 tinned copper flexible conductors, EPR insulation, a CPE sheath, and an overall SA shield, with a finished outer diameter of 62±3mm. It is suitable for the integrated installation of high-power marine propulsion and instrumentation signal circuits, offering resistance to electromagnetic interference from the ship's hull. The conductor's long-term operating temperature is 85°C, and it withstands a voltage test of 3500V for 5 minutes. With an outer diameter exceeding 25mm, the minimum bending radius is 6D; current-carrying capacity derating is required for ambient temperatures above 45°C.
